Garrett Blaney's review contains a spoiler warning, though the spoilers contained within it are minimal. The author has a clear affinity for Bill Lawrence's previous darling, Ted Lasso, though the comparisons are mild.

The review does well in setting up the world in which Shrinking exists without ever giving too much away for a newcomer to the show. It also includes a fun section at the bottom quickly highlighting both the good and the bad in the first season.

Overall, this is a solid review.
